I'm 45 today!

I have two thoughts:

1. I think of the words found in Acts 13:36 (NIV), about how " ... David had served God's purpose in his own generation ...." I pray that I do the same.

2. At age 45, pastor/boxer George Foreman regained the heavyweight championship of the world. Pastor George, who has a church in Houston, Texas, USA, became the oldest man ever to win the world heavyweight championship. Pastor George is a modern-day personification of the words found in Luke 1:37 (NIV), about how "nothing is impossible with God." Given that, I believe that 45 is going to be a knock-out of a year!
