"Be still, and know that I am God ...."
That's what our Heavenly Father commands in Psalm 46:10.
Are you able to do that?
Are you able to be still?
Or do the stresses, pressures, tensions, deadlines, responsibilities, challenges, and competitiveness of life make you race 100 miles an hour, 24/7/365?
God wants us to slow down to the point of absolute stillness.
It is a commandment.
Don't speed up.
Slow down.
Be still.
Recognize God's sovereignty, omnipotence, and omnipresence.
It's something that you can only do when you are still.
